Easy Carpet Stain Removal Guide

• SCOOP up solids before cleaning.
• PRE-TEST all treatments on a small inconspicuous area of the carpet before use.
• BLOT as much liquid/stain as possible using clean white towelling or paper towel.
• CLEAN the carpet using the manufacturer’s recommended product and method. Apply stain removal agent to clean towel and then blot into the carpet. DO NOT rub. DO NOT apply directly to your carpet, and apply only small quantities at a time, working from the edge of the spot inwards (to avoid unnecessary spreading).
• RINSE thoroughly with cold or lukewarm water only.
• BLOT-DRY with absorbent material such as paper towels or use a cold air fan to completely dry. If using solvents or chemicals always ensure there is plenty of fresh air ventilation.
